How it works

Six stages. Nothing hidden in between.

Most agencies go quiet after the deposit. This is the whole thing, start to finish — including the parts where you can walk away.

The spine

Every project runs on the same rails.

0130 minutes

The conversation

One call, no slide deck. What you sell, who's not buying it, what's already been tried. If we're the wrong people for it, you'll hear that on this call and not after an invoice.

You leave withA straight answer on whether this is worth doing at all
022–3 days later

Scope on paper

Every deliverable listed as a line item with a price and a date beside it. What's explicitly not included is listed too — that page is usually longer, and it's the one that prevents arguments in week five.

You leave withA fixed number, a fixed date, and the exit terms in writing
03Your exit point

The first direction

You see real work, not a mood board. If it misses — genuinely misses, not “make the logo bigger” — you stop here, keep everything we've made, and pay nothing. We'd rather lose a project than build something you have to defend to your own team.

You leave withEither conviction, or your money and the files
04The long middle

Built in the open

A live link from the first week, updated as we go. No mystery period, no “it's coming along nicely”. You watch it get built, and you can see exactly which day something slipped.

You leave withA weekly link and one short update — never a status meeting
05Launch day

Going live

Checked on real devices, tracking verified firing, forms tested end to end, speed measured and recorded. Then the keys: domains, accounts, repositories and passwords, transferred to you the same day.

You leave withFull ownership and a recorded walkthrough for your team
06The 30 days after

After the launch

A month of fixes with no invoice attached, because the first weeks are when real users find what we didn't. After that you either run it yourself — you have everything you need to — or we stay on monthly. Both are fine with us.

You leave withSomething that works, that you own, that you can leave with
Interlude

The stage everyone else skips is the one we build the whole process around.

Stage three exists so you never sit through a project you already know is wrong. It costs us occasionally. It has never once cost a client.

What we need from you. All of it.

01
One person who can say yesNot a committee. Projects die in the gap between four opinions and no decision.
02
Your material, once, at the startPhotos, product details, whatever you already have. We'll tell you exactly what's missing and write the rest.
03
Feedback in one pass, not fiveCollect everything, send it together. Drip-fed changes are what turn a three-week build into three months.
The honest part

And when something goes wrong?

We're running lateYou hear it the day we know, not on the deadline. New date, reason, what we're cutting to protect it.
You want something new mid-buildQuoted separately with its own date, before anyone starts. Nothing gets absorbed quietly and billed later.
It just isn't working outYou pay for what's finished, take every file and login, and go. No lock-in clause, no hostage accounts.

That's the whole film. No deleted scenes.

If the process sounds like something you'd want to be inside, tell us what you're building — we'll reply within a day with a plan, a price and a date.
